This policy explains how SEO Agent (operated by SEO Agent) collects, uses and protects data when you use https://seoagent.momensolutions.com. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed), interface language and last login time.
• Data about the websites you add: website addresses and scan settings, crawl results from those sites' public pages (titles, descriptions, links, images and parts of the content), detected issues, reports, and any keywords and competitors you add.
• Payment data: your plan, amount, payment method, and the transaction reference or mobile number you enter when paying by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. PayPal payments happen entirely on PayPal's site; we never receive your card or account details and only keep the order and transaction IDs.
• Google Search Console data (optional): if you connect it, we store the access authorization encrypted and import performance data (queries, impressions, clicks, positions) for your site only.
• AI provider keys (optional): if you add an API key for an AI provider, we store it encrypted.
• Technical and security data: IP addresses for certain important actions (such as logging in) to protect accounts and prevent abuse, and technical error logs.

2. How we use data

• To provide scanning, analysis and reports, and to manage your account.
• To activate subscriptions and review payments.
• To protect the platform and accounts and prevent misuse.
• To contact you about your account or technical support.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as described in this policy.

3. Third parties

• PayPal: to process online payments, under PayPal's own privacy policy.
• Google: when you connect Search Console with your permission; the site's fonts are also loaded from Google Fonts.
• The AI provider you choose: when enabled, the page URL, heading and part of its content are sent to it to write suggestions.
• Hosting provider: data is stored on a hosting company's servers, which may be located in a different country from yours.
• Authorities: where we are required to by law.

4. Cookies

We use only two cookies, both necessary for the site to work: a session cookie to keep you logged in (deleted when you close the browser or log out) and a language cookie to remember your choice of Arabic or English (for one year). We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

5. The crawler and website scans

When scanning a site, the platform visits its public pages only, identifies itself as SEOAgentBot, and respects robots.txt by default. It never accesses password-protected pages and never changes anything on the sites it scans.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords as one-way hashes, and encrypt Search Console authorizations and integration keys. No method of protection is 100% secure, so we recommend using a strong password unique to this platform.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, websites and reports within 30 days, and may keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, receive a copy of, or delete your data, or object to its processing. To make any of these requests, contact us via WhatsApp. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The platform is a business tool intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
