These terms govern your use of SEO Agent at https://seoagent.momensolutions.com, operated by SEO Agent. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. The service

The platform is a technical SEO audit tool: it crawls websites' public pages, detects issues, and provides a score, a fix plan and reports. Results and suggestions are guidance only; we do not guarantee any search ranking or business outcome.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to get around free-plan limits is not allowed.

3. Plans and payment

• The free plan includes one website with every tool, so you can fully try the platform before paying.
• Additional websites require a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown when you subscribe.
• Subscriptions paid by Vodafone Cash or InstaPay are activated after the payment is reviewed; PayPal subscriptions are activated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You can renew from the Subscription page before yours ends.
• When a subscription ends, your data is kept and websites beyond the free plan are locked until you renew.
• We may change prices in the future; changes do not affect an active paid subscription until it ends.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the platform to scan websites you own, your clients' websites, or websites you have permission to scan, and for general competitor analysis limited to their public pages. You must not:

• Use the platform to flood, disrupt or attack any website, or bypass protection systems without the site owner's permission.
• Try to access other users' data, probe the platform for vulnerabilities, or get around plan limits.
• Resell, copy or automate the service outside the platform's interface without a written agreement.
• Use the platform in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.

When scanning a site you don't own, you are responsible for obtaining any required permission and respecting that site's terms.

5. Content and reports

Your websites' data remains yours or your clients'. You may use the reports you generate and send them to your clients under your own name. The platform itself, its design and its code remain the property of SEO Agent.

6. Protected websites

Some websites, such as some Salla stores or sites protected by Cloudflare, refuse requests coming from servers. In that case a scan may not complete; the platform explains why and suggests a fix. This limitation is outside our control and is not a defect in the service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from using the platform or applying its suggestions, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Suspension and termination

You may ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend any account that breaches these terms, without refunding amounts paid in the case of a breach.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and the date above; continuing to use the platform means you accept the changes. For any question, contact us via WhatsApp.
